Carolyn Hess Abraham joined the Carnegie Library board in 2008 and has been active in a variety of nonprofits since moving to Pittsburgh in 1987.

Professionally, Carolyn has held several roles at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. She spent 12 years teaching undergraduates as Adjunct Professor of Business Management, moved on to MBA Admissions and is now Executive Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations, charged with developing educational partnerships and raising money from corporations, foundations and individuals to support the Business School. Carolyn holds an MBA in finance from Columbia University and AB in economics and international relations from Brown University.

Judge Kim Berkeley Clark was appointed to the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, PA by Governor Tom Ridge in March 1999. She was elected to a full ten-year term in November 1999. Judge Clark currently serves as a judge in the Family Division, where she primarily presides over juvenile matters. Judge Clark was the Administrative Judge of the Family Division from January of 2006 through January of 2009. She is the first African-American to be appointed as an Administrative Judge in Allegheny County. Prior to becoming the Administrative Judge of Family Division, Judge Clark served as the Supervising Judge of Juvenile Court.

In her capacity as a juvenile and family court judge, Judge Clark has also been appointed to serve as a member of the Pennsylvania Interbranch Commission on Racial, Gender, and Ethnic Fairness; the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency-Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Committee; the State Council for Interstate Juvenile Supervision; the Beverly Jewel Wallace Lovelace Children's Program Advisory Board; the NCJW Children's Waiting Room Advisory Board; the Allegheny County Youth Futures Commission; the Pennsylvania Juvenile Indigent Defense Action Network; co-chair of the Fatherhood Engagement and Visitation Workgroups for the Statewide Children's Roundtable; and the Joint State Government Commission on Children of Incarcerated Parents. Judge Clark previously served as a member of the Pennsylvania Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee; the Pennsylvania Juvenile Court Judges' Commission; the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Curriculum Committee; the Governor's Commission on Children and Families and the Children's Hospital Ethics Committee.

Judge Clark is a member of the Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges, where she currently serves as treasurer and as President Elect of the Juvenile Section. Judge Clark is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) and has served as the President (2006-2007), Secretary (1997-2003), and member of the Board of Governors (1996-2003) of the ACBA. She is the first judge and the first African-American female to serve as President of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Judge Clark also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges and serves as the chair of the Board of Fellows for the National Center for Juvenile Justice.

Prior to taking the bench, Judge Clark served as a deputy district attorney in Allegheny County where she supervised the Crimes Persons Unit, which prosecuted all child abuse and sex assault cases as well as other violent crimes. During her tenure as a prosecutor, Judge Clark tried more than 150 jury trials, including approximately 75 homicide cases. She has served and currently serves as a board member of several non-profit organizations. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2007 African American Leadership Award for Excellence in Education given by Duquesne Light and WQED Multimedia and the Children's Hospital/UPMC Champion of Hope and Healing Award in 2007. In 2006 and 2008, the New Pittsburgh Courier named Judge Clark one of the 50 Women of Influence. In 2011 Judge Clark received the Wesley Spectrum Services Black History and Diversity Hero of the Year Award and the Three Rivers Adoption Council Friend of Adoption Award.

Judge Clark is married to Walter Hales, Jr. She enjoys music, reading and cooking in her spare time

JoAnne Burley is a lifetime trustee for Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh.

JoAnne was Executive Director of the Pittsburgh Council on Higher Education, a consortium of colleges and universities in Allegheny County. Previously, JoAnne served as CEO/Chancellor of the McKeesport Campus of the Pennsylvania State University. She has served on the Board of Directors of The Forbes Fund and the Urban League of Pittsburgh as well as the Multi-Cultural Arts Initiative, the Pittsburgh Public Service Fund and the Beverly Jewel Wall Lovelace Advisory Board.

Theresa Colaizzi is the former Chairperson of Pittsburgh Public Schools Board of Directors. She currently serves on the Negotiations Committee and is a Member of the Business/Finance Committee and Liaison to Right to Education. Theresa is a business owner and mother of two graduates of Pittsburgh Public Schools. She was first elected to the PPS Board in 2001.

Senator Jay Costa, Jr. began serving his fourth full term as state Senator from the 43rd District in January 2009. He was first elected to the Senate in a special election on April 23, 1996 and was sworn in on May 13, 1996. He was reelected in 2000, 2004 and 2008.

Jay was elected by his Senate colleagues in November 2010 to serve as Democratic Floor Leader forthe 2011-12 legislative session. The position makes him the highest-ranking member within the Senate Democratic Caucus. During the 2009-10 session, Costa served as the Democratic Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, an influential position to which he was elected by his fellow Democratic senators in November 2008. He also served as Senate Democratic Caucus Chairman from 2005-08 and is past chairman of the Senate Democratic Judiciary Committee.

Jay is a former adjunct professor to the Community College of Allegheny County and a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Association. In 2001, he was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the University of Pittsburgh. In 2004, he was appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Community College of Allegheny County and began a term as a member of the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Pittsburgh. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, the Senator John Heinz Pittsburgh Regional History Center, Neighborhood Legal Services and the 3 Rivers Wet Weather Demonstration Program. Jay is also involved with a variety of civic, community and athletic groups throughout the district.

John DeFazio was elected Director of District 10, United Steelworkers in 2001, and re-elected by acclamation through to the current term.

He began his union career as a member of USW Local 1843 at the former J&L Steel and was only 29 years old when he was elected president of the 5,000-member local in 1970 - the youngest local union president in the history of basic steel at that time.

In 1977, John was appointed to the USW International staff and subsequently promoted to sub-district Director. He served as District 10 civil rights coordinator and has extensive experience helping workers in financially troubled companies. John has serviced locals in the steel, can, manufacturing, glass, health care, public and service sectors. He currently serves as secretary of the union's negotiating committee for Allegheny Technologies, Inc.

In addition to his work with the union, John was elected to Allegheny County Council in 1999 and served two years as its first president, representing 1.2 million people in the Pittsburgh area. He continues to serve on the council. He also serves as vice president of the Allegheny County Labor Council. The headquarters for District 10 is in North Versailles, Pennsylvania.

Term Ending Annual Meeting 2013, First Term

Robert J. Dellinger's most recent position was Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of PPG Industries.

Robert began his career with General Electric Co. and during his 19-year tenure he progressed through various positions in financial management. In 1991, he was named CFO for GE Superabrasives and in 1993, he became Director, Finance and Business Development for GE Plastics Pacific, based in Singapore. In 1995, he was appointed CFO for GE Motors and Industrial Systems, and in 1997 he was named Executive Vice President and CFO for GE Employers Reinsurance Corporation and appointed Vice President of General Electric Co. In 2000, Robert was appointed President and CEO of GE Property and Casualty Reinsurance, Europe and Asia and President and CEO of GE Frankona Re, based in Munich, Germany.

In 2002, he left GE to become Executive Vice President and CFO for Sprint Corp. and in 2005, he became Executive Vice President and CFO for Delphi Corp.

A native of Cleveland, Robert earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Roy G. Dorrance is retired Executive Vice President of U.S. Steel. He is a native of Pittsburgh and holds a BS degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

He began his career in 1968 in the Mon Valley operations of U.S. Steel. Later, he served on the company's financial, international and resource development staffs before being appointed Vice President, Commercial for U.S. Steel Mining Company in 1982. Roy became Manager of plate products for U.S. Steel in 1985 and was appointed Vice President of U.S. Steel International, Inc. in 1989. He was elected President of USX Engineers and Consultants, Inc. in 1992.

Roy was named Vice President, Purchasing and Technology in 1994 and appointed Vice President, Operations in 1995. In 1997, he assumed responsibility for production, sales and marketing of U.S. Steel's sheet products business as Executive Vice President. In January 2001, Dorrance was named the position of Executive Vice President.

Roy is a member of the Association of Iron & Steel Engineers and a member of the board of directors of the Winchester Thurston School and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.

Patrick Dowd is currently serving his second term as a Pittsburgh City Council Member representing City Council District 7. Patrick serves as the Chair of Council's Intergovernmental Affairs Committee, which is responsible for legislation related to City Authorities, Pittsburgh Schools, and the county, state, and federal levels of government.

While in Council, Patrick has championed the importance of constituent contact and services with the creation of "Council to Go," at which he holds regular office hours in easily accessible locations throughout District 7. He has taken the lead on important issues such as reinvestment in critical infrastructure, funding for public libraries, creation of a storm water management utility, inter-municipal cooperation, and improved performance of public entities. Patrick serves on the board of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh as a member of the Executive Committee. He serves on the board of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority as a member of both the Capital Improvement and the Finance Committees. He serves on the boards of the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium and is an elder at East Liberty Presbyterian Church.

Patrick holds a PhD in European Intellectual History from the University of Pittsburgh, has taught at the high school level, and was a member of the Pittsburgh Schools Board prior to his election to City Council in 2007. Patrick is a proud father of five and resides in Highland Park.

Dr. Donald Fischer, MD, MBA is Senior Vice President of Health Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at Highmark Inc. Among his responsibilities are clinical strategy, quality management, pharmacy affairs and preventive health services.

Dr. Fischer is a 1973 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his MD from the University of Illinois in 1977. After completing a pediatric residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in 1981, he joined the full-time faculty in the division of pediatric cardiology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, being promoted to full Professor in 1995. He held the position of Medical Director at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh from July 1996 through December 2000. Dr. Fischer also holds an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. He joined Highmark in 2001.

Dr. Fischer is Board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology and is a fellow in both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology. He is a certified Physician Executive in the American College of Physician Executives. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Gilda's Club of Western Pennsylvania and the Pittsburgh Regional Healthcare Initiative. Dr. Fisher also is President of the Board of the Western Pennsylvania chapter of the American Heart Association.

Dan Frankel was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1998 to represent the 23rd Legislative District.

Dan graduated from Pennington School in 1974. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 1978 from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. Formerly an insurance executive, Frankel served as Vice President of Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton Co. and Vice President of the Frankel Co., a regional insurance brokerage firm.

He serves on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy. Dan is secretary of the Visit Pittsburgh board, a Commonwealth Trustee for the University of Pittsburgh, a Trustee of the Jewish Healthcare Foundation and a delegate for the United Jewish Federation. Additionally, Dan sits on the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) board and the WQED Multimedia board.

Tom Galante is Vice President of Human Resources at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. Prior to that Tom was employed at the University of Pittsburgh where he held the position of Assistant Director, University Counseling Center.

Tom graduated from University of Pittsburgh, magna cum laude in 1974, with a double Major in Psychology and Communications. He also completed Graduate coursework and received a certificate in Human Resource Management in December, 1985. His professional certifications include: Global Professional Human Resource Management (GPHR) and Senior Professional Human Resource Management (SPHR). His professional memberships include: Member, Society for Human Resource Management; Member, Speaker and Lecturer for the International Management Development Institute, University of Pittsburgh; former Member, Board of Directors, Pittsburgh Vision Services; and former Member, Governor's Advisory Counsel for Pennsylvania Libraries.

Mary Alice Gorman is a native of Pittsburgh, born on the slopes of the South Side and raised in the East End. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education and a Master's in Counseling from Duquesne University.

Ms. Gorman worked for the Pittsburgh Public Schools and served on a Middle States Evaluation Team drafting the philosophy and objectives of the high school where she worked. She received a fellowship to CMU for Graduate work in Linguistics, Literature and Curriculum Development. Following her career in public education, Ms. Gorman became the Executive Director of the Pittsburgh ACLU. She has also held positions at the Allegheny County Center for Victims of Violent Crimes and established her own consulting business, Gorman & Coopersmith.

Ms. Gorman and her husband Richard Goldman opened Mystery Lovers Bookshop on Halloween in 1990 in Oakmont. They were honored with the Bookseller of the Year award from Berkley Publishing in 1995 and Pittsburgh Magazine's Excellence in the Arts Award in the category of Spoken Arts in 1996. The Pittsburgh Magazine Bests also listed the bookshop in 2008. The Mystery Writers of America awarded Mystery Lovers and the owners in their 20th year for outstanding achievements and leadership contributions to the mystery genre with the Raven Award-the book store Edgar.

Ms. Gorman has been a Community Committee Member of Carnegie Library, serving on the External Relations Committee. She resides in Shadyside.

Darlene Harris, a life-long Northside resident, has served District 1 since 2007 and has served the people of Pittsburgh for more than three decades as a true community advocate.

Darlene's devotion to public service has often centered on making neighborhoods better places to live. She has worked with Spring Hill Civic League for more than 20 years, serving as President of the organization and as a member of the North Side Leadership Conference. She helped to found the North Side Public Safety Council and has served statewide on the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. Her commitment to the community has earned her numerous awards, including the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Governor's Award in recognition of Citizen Volunteer Services that has resulted in State Senator Costa inviting her to join the working group to restructure the workings of the PIAA.

Darlene is also a leader in the Democratic Party. She worked for State Senator Len Bodack and has served as 26th Ward Democratic Chairwoman for more than a decade. She has fought for quality education for Pittsburgh students and served as Board President of the Pittsburgh Public Schools, receiving several awards in that arena as well.

Heather S. Heidelbaugh Esq. began serving a four (4) year term as Allegheny County Councilwoman-at-Large on January 3, 2012. Ms. Heidelbaugh is also a shareholder in the Litigation Services and Intellectual Property groups of Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is nationally-recognized in regard to her work in election law. Most notably, Heather's lawsuit against ACORN exposed a massive voter fraud operation in Pennsylvania. It was her work on this case that led the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties to request her testimony and call for an investigation into ACORN. Thereafter, the House Oversight Committee expanded its investigation of ACORN into their criminal activity based on her testimony.

Her advocacy in this arena drew accolades from conservatives across the nation and caught the attention of the mainstream media. Ms. Heidelbaugh conducted numerous interviews with the Wall Street Journal, ABC World News Tonight, CNN; American Spectator; the New York Times; the Washington Times; Politico; and Investors Business Daily, among others, including local news outlets. Heather has also spoken at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and has been featured on Fox News, including The Factor with Bill O'Reilly.

Ms. Heidelbaugh was honored with the Allegheny County Bar Association's first Pro Bono Award for her work in forming a legal clinic for the homeless in Allegheny County. Heather is also Co-Chair of the National Republican Lawyers Association, a Fellow and Co-Chair of the Board of the Litigation Counsel of America, and a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. She also appears weekly on the public affairs program "4802," WQED/Channel 13, PBS, as a political analyst and makes frequent appearances on WPXI/PCNC's "Night Talk" and "Mistick v. Roddey." But, her most important achievement is being the mother to a wonderful son and daughter.

Susan Jackson is President of International Seafood Sustainability Foundation (ISSF), a global partnership among scientists, tuna processors and environmental non-profits to undertake science-based initiatives for the long-term conservation and sustainable use of tuna stocks, reducing bycatch and promoting a healthy marine ecosystem.

Prior to joining ISSF, Susan was the Vice President for Government/Industry Relations and Seafood Sourcing for Del Monte Foods, where her responsibilities included government relations at the Federal, State and Local levels, and acting as Del Monte's representative to trade and industry associations. Susan was also responsible for the purchase of all raw tuna and tuna co-pack manufacturing for Del Monte's StarKist brand. Susan joined the H.J. Heinz Company in 1997 as an Attorney in the Law Department, later working with the company's seafood sourcing and other areas of procurement.

Susan graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a BS in Economics and received her law degree from Duke University.

Bruce Kraus was born and raised on Pittsburgh's South Side. He was an interior design consultant when he joined the South Side Chamber of Commerce. While serving as President of the Chamber of Commerce, he was appointed to Mayor Tom Murphy's Graffiti Task Force, where he allied with local businesses and community groups to help remove unsightly vandalism from Pittsburgh's buildings and streets. Mayor Murphy also appointed Bruce to the Clean Pittsburgh Commission - beginning a long and continuing dedication to transforming Pittsburgh into one of the greenest and cleanest cities in America.

In 2006, after an unsuccessful bid for the District 3 seat, Bruce returned a year later to take his seat as District 3 Councilman.

As Councilman, Bruce has been at the forefront of a number of key civil rights issues, including the passage of a progressive Allegheny County Human Relations Commission, designed to combat discrimination in housing, public accommodation and employment and the city's first uniform Domestic Partner Registry.

Ramayya Krishnan is the Dean of Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University. He holds the John Heinz III Deanship and is the W. W. Cooper and Ruth F. Cooper Professor of Management Science and Information Systems. He has a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, a MS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, and a PhD in Management Science and Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an International Research Fellow of the International Center for Electronic Commerce in Korea and a Visiting Scientist at the Institute for Information Systems at Humboldt University (Germany). He was a founding faculty member of the Information Systems Management program.

Jacqui Fiske Lazo is a practicing real estate attorney with many years of experience in all types of commercial real estate transactions. In that capacity, Jacqui leads the Real Estate Development and Finance Group of attorneys at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney and is also a member of the Board of Directors for the firm.

Having relocated to Pittsburgh 20 years ago with her husband, John and her daughter, Jacquelyn, Jacqui is also very active in the community. She serves on the Board of Point Park University, is an elder at Shadyside Presbyterian Church, and is a member of the International Women's Forum.

Barbara Logan is a former Mt. Lebanon Commissioner, former President of the Mt. Lebanon Library Board of Trustees, former President of the Friends of the Mt. Lebanon Public Library and has served on the boards of various other charitable institutions. She is an emerita member of the Board of Planned Parenthood and member of the Action Fund of Planned Parenthood. She was appointed to the Board of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and the Carnegie Museums by County Executive Dan Onorato.

Judge Frank J. Lucchino has been a trustee of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh for over 20 years. He is a former chair of the CLP Board of Trustees, a former chair of the Carnegie Science Center Board and an Emeritus Trustee of the Heinz History Center.

Judge Lucchino served by appointment of President Clinton as a member of the United States National Commission on Libraries and Information Science. While Controller of Allegheny County he authored "A Quiet Crisis," which detailed the plight of public libraries in our county and led to many improvements including countywide library computerization and a county library federation. He chaired the recent Task Force to recommend sustainable funding for Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh.

Judge Lucchino served as a member of the Pittsburgh City Council from 1974 to 1978 and served five terms as the Controller of Allegheny County from 1980 to 2000. He is currently a senior judge in The Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, serving in the Orphans' Court Division.

Kristen McMahon has been a lifelong volunteer in five different library systems around the United States and most recently was employed by the Fairfax County Public Library system in Virginia. In Pittsburgh, she volunteers at the Homewood Library and is involved in a wide range of other civic areas. These included serving as a Board Member of Beginning with Books, where she was on the Technology Committee. In addition, Kristen is very active in the arts community in Pittsburgh.

Alice Mitinger is a lawyer at Cohen & Grigsby. Alice has significant experience in zoning and land use litigation and has appeared before municipal governing bodies and zoning hearing boards throughout Western Pennsylvania. Her appellate practice has included cases before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts. She is also a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Pittsburgh.

Stephen E. Perkins, MD, serves as vice president of Medical Affairs for UPMC Health Plan. As a member of the Health Plan's senior management team, Dr. Perkins provides clinical leadership for all Quality Improvement, Medical Management, and Provider Network Development activities. In addition, he oversees UPMC Health Plan Community Health Initiatives.

Previously, Dr. Perkins served as senior medical director for UPMC Health Plan. In that position, he provided strategic and clinical leadership and medical oversight for the Health Plan's commercial product and served as senior medical director for UPMC WorkPartners' suite of workers' compensation, employee assistance, health promotion, and health management products.

Prior to joining the Health Plan in 2010, Dr. Perkins served for 12 years as corporate medical director for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, the largest Vermont-based health coverage carrier. His 30 years in the health care field also included 13 years as a family physician in South Charleston, West Virginia.

Dr. Perkins received his undergraduate degree in biology from West Virginia University and his MD from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Kanawha Valley Family Practice Center in South Charleston, West Virginia.

Dr. Perkins is a resident of downtown Pittsburgh.

Kevin Pickels is a Partner in Ernst & Young's Assurance and Advisory Business Services Group and has 17 years of experience in serving clients primarily in Western Pennsylvania. His experience includes working with multi-national SEC registrants as well as large privately held companies primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Kevin also serves as Program Director for Ernst & Young's Western Pennsylvania, Upstate New York and West Virginia Entrepreneur of the Year Program. He has a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

Diane Powell - Money Coach and certified credit counselor, developed credit repair and money management education programs for youths and adults. Her goal was to help consumers saddled with too much debt, find alternative and cost-effective debt repayment plans and learn strategies to use credit wisely.

Diane gives back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for the historic Manchester Youth Development Center. She has also helped raise funds for local charitable organizations. Powell earned a masters degree from the University of Pittsburgh and bachelors degree from Chatham University.

Carol Robinson is President of Robinson Management, Inc. Carol is a consultant to area nonprofits and was a partner and VP in Gateway Travel Management which recently merged into CWT. Earlier in her career, she was VP of advertising and public relations for a national retail chain. She graduated with a BA from the University of Pittsburgh, holds a Master of Science in Journalism degree from Northwestern University and a Master of Public Management degree from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University. Carol also serves as a board member in several nonprofits. She has served as President of the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and is a member of its Executive Committee.

Natalia Rudiak represents Pittsburgh's fourth district on City Council, covering the neighborhoods of Carrick, Overbrook, Bon Air, Brookline and Beechview. She came to office in January 2010. Natalia brings to the position her professional experience in management and technology. She previously worked at Deloitte Consulting, where she implemented a state-wide information technology system. She has also done press work for the United States Senate in Washington, DC and worked for a public health organization in New York, promoting safe and healthy motherhood.

Natalia earned her Bachelor's Degree from George Washington University through scholarships from the Pennsylvania and national AFL-CIO. During her undergraduate career, she studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as Jagiellonian University in Poland. Born and raised in South Pittsburgh, she graduated from Carrick High School and Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management.

Patricia L. Siger is Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer of the Greater Pittsburgh YMCA. She is also a nonprofit consultant specializing in fundraising, marketing and board development. As the former Executive Director of Family House and Chief Development Officer for Children's Hospital Foundation she has spent the last 20 years in the nonprofit sector.

Percy Simpson is senior vice president and director of line of business marketing for The PNC Financial Services Group. He oversees strategic and tactical marketing planning and execution for business units across PNC, including corporate & institutional banking, business banking, credit card, mortgage, investments and consumer banking.

Simpson, who joined PNC in 2011, has over 20 years of marketing experience across a broad range of customer segments and product categories. He was senior vice president, consumer bank marketing executive, and also led sales and marketing for small business banking at Bank of America. In addition to financial services, he has broad marketing experience in consumer packaged goods and restaurant retail, with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo and KFC Corp.

Mr. Simpson has served on the boards of Junior Achievement, United Way, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the California Symphony.

Mr. Simpson graduated from the United States military academy at West Point, in Engineering.

Lou Testoni recently retired as the Market Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Lake Erie Market, a $200 million professional services regional practice that included the Practice Offices in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Buffalo and Rochester, consisting of more than 60 partners and approximately 900 professional and support staff. His public accounting career spans more than 37 years. Lou is well known in the region's capital markets and financial community as a strategic and objective thinker who exercises sound judgment and brings a collaborative approach to developing effective, practical strategies to solve complex business issues.

Lou received his BS degree in Accounting from Providence College. He is active in the community and serves on the Boards of the National Epilepsy Foundation (Washington, D.C.), the Epilepsy Foundation of Western and Central Pennsylvania, the Greater Pittsburgh Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Two Steps Forward and Venture Outdoors. Prior to his retirement, he served on the Boards of both the State of Pennsylvania and the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Pennsylvania Economy League.

Betsy Watkins recently retired after a long career in education. After moving to Pittsburgh she worked for more than 20 years at Shady Side Academy, primarily as the chief development officer and for some years as Head of the Middle School.

She is a Life Trustee of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and also currently serves as a Trustee of the Carnegie Museums and The Frick Art and Historical Center. She is a member of the Board of Visitors of Shady Side Academy and a Trustee Emeritus of Bryn Mawr College.

Terri S. Wolfe is principal and design director of Wolfe Design - a communications consultancy and graphic design firm involved in the conception, design and production of comprehensive identity programs, books and print communications, exhibit and environmental graphics and websites and interactive media.

Throughout her career, Terri has donated her services and time to numerous nonprofit organizations and issues related to literacy, conservation and the environment.

Gregory A. Zovko joined U.S. Steel in 1983 as a management associate in the accounting and finance department at its Mon Valley Works near Pittsburgh. During the next 14 years, he progressed through a series of increasingly responsible positions in corporate audit and accounting before being named controller for Mon Valley Works' Clairton Plant in 1997.

Gregory moved back to headquarters in 1998 to serve as manager-financial analysis, and one year later, he was named controller for the entire Mon Valley Works. In 2002, he returned to headquarters when he advanced to assistant controller-operations accounting & financial analysis. He was named controller-flat-rolled products & assistant corporate controller in November 2007.

Gregory was elected vice president-accounting in June 2008 and oversaw accounting functions for all of U.S. Steel's business units, including North American flat-rolled and tubular as well as European operations and also directs financila analysis activities. He was appointed to his current post in April 2009, adding the role of chief compliance officer to his responsibilities.

A native of Pittsburgh, Gregory earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University in 1983, a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988 and a Master's degree in tax administration from Duquesne University in 1998. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
