Mr. Beck will describe the important elements of a simple will. He will discuss the difference betweeen probate and non-probate property, as well as how the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax and Federal Real Estate Tax operate. Ideas that will help individuals to reduce or eliminate inheritance and estate taxes will be introduced.
