Request for Contributions to Your Library
New Storytimes for Babies and Toddlers hosted during the school year provide important teaching activities for young children! To learn more about how you can help your community library grow and be a wonderful resource for all residents, please read and print our annual request here for contributions to the Bridgeville Public Library. You'll be pleased to know that the Library is eligible for matching gift programs which can dramatically improve the effectiveness of your small or very generous gift.

Mother Goose Storytime
Mondays, Nov 10, 17 & 24. 10:00-10:30am
Storytime for newborns to 24 months old with an adult in attendance. Stories, rhymes, finger plays and songs. Registration is required.
Preschool Storytime
Tuesdays, Nov 4, 11, 18, & 25. 10:00-10:30am
Storytime for preschoolers 4-5 years old. Stories, songs and crafts. Registration is required.
Toddler Storytime
Wednesdays, Nov 5, 12, 19, & 26. 10:00-10:30am
Storytime for toddlers 2-3 years old with an adult in attendance. Stories, finger plays, rhymes and songs. Registration is required.

Festival of Trees
Saturday & Sunday, Nov 22 & Nov 23, 11:00am - 4:00pm
Annual two-day holiday event sponsored by Friends of the Library. A beautiful display of Christmas trees of all sizes. Each one has its own theme and is decorated by an individual or group such as neighbors, school class or business. There is no fee to participate. There is a $2.00 admission fee for visitors. All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Library. Other events at the festival are: Daily 50/50 Raffle, Chinese Auction, Bake Sale, Kids Craft Corner and a Memorial Tree to honor loved ones. So use your imagination or call on a friend or group to decorate a tree. Plan to come and vist our magnificent display and admire the creativity of others.
