Do you have a new baby in your family? Join us for a celebration of Andrew Carnegie’s youngest customers! Children are never too young for a visit to the Library or a library card. Share a birthday cake and enjoy special stories, songs and rhymes just for babies. There will be gifts and surprises for you and your child.
From birth through age two accompanied by an adult.
