Summary: These powerful classes help to improve diabetes control, improve blood pressure, increase bone strength, and decrease risks of falling. These classes increase muscle strength, endurance and energy.
10:30 AM - 11:15 AM
Summary: Get up and get moving at the Library with stories, songs, rhymes and silly fun. Designed for children 18 to 36 months and their parents and caregivers, Terrific Tales for Toddlers storytimes develop language and listening skills, foster curiosity for the world and begin a life-long love of reading.
11:30 AM - 12:15 PM
Summary: Children 3 to 5 years and their parents or caregivers will sing songs, share action rhymes and meet new friends. Children and adults will explore books to expand the imagination, inspire self-discovery and develop early literacy skills in this 30-40 minute program.
