Summary: This weekly program focuses on a system of physical exercise to improve and maintain health. Tai Chi can be helpful in achieving a state of physical and mental relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems.
Summary: Children will use real tools, materials and equipment while they craft, create and design their own projects – or just tinker! We’re excited about the journey, not the final result. We will explore wood, nails, hammers, yarn and other materials in these Make Space programs. Recommended for children in grade 1-5.
