April. Run with HAART (Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy) is a 5K run/walk to benefit the Kenya Pediatric HIV Project (KPHP). The KPHP is a University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine student initiative to provide supportive care for HIV-infected children in the Siaya District of western Kenya.
